Throughout the millennia, technology has constantly changed and developed, and in turn has changed the way people live and operate. Digital technology has changed all aspects of human interaction, being business interactions and social communications.

The impact of digital technology in our social communities has become both positive and negative. In one instance people are able communicate with people all over the world, being it family, friends or new people from different cultures. This allows people to learn about new traditions and become more worldly aware of whats going on around them and the world. On the other hand the same social network can be a distraction and cause the student to use loose focus on working on educational advantages that digital technology provides.

Digital technology allows people to access and keep up with news and world events in that instance. This allows people in the present to never be outdated. The disadvantage is; if people are not connected or search this concept of information, only the get the news that has the most hits connected to it.

All in all, digital technology has been great for individual prosperity but does not necessarily develop "family" prosperity.
